Since only libraries which contain Ant tasks are in 
/usr/share/ant1.6/lib and since Ant 1.6's new startup scheme also adds 
all JARs in this directory to the class path, I think we can do this.

However, I don't have write access to CDBS's new version control system, 
so I can't commit the fix. Colin, is it ok if I make a new upload based 
on 0.4.21-0.1?
