Yes, e.g. pkg-kde. But they have moved to subversion instead of CVS.
There's even an example script in the subversion package for sending
mails on commits. You just have to copy it to the correct directory and
change the recipient mail address.
What do you think about moving to svn? I have used both svn and arch/tla
in the past weeks and had no problems with svn because I already knew
CVS. arch is something completly different and I don't think we need its
main feature compared to svn (distributed repositories). svn also
handles renaming source package (i.e. directores in our repository) well.
