Upload of libjdom0-java

Hi!

I did upload libjdom0-java which is an old release of the libjdom-java
package. I did this because jdom did change its API and libnsuml-java
can not build with the new jdom API.

libnsuml-java is needed by argouml and libnsuml-java has a critical bug
on it.

The plan of the team of argouml is to get rid of nsuml. The plan is not
done yet but it seems the next stable release of argouml will no more
need nsuml. When this will be a fact, I'll ask for a remove of
libjdom0-java and libnsuml-java.

Many thanks for accepting libjdom0-java as soon as possible so I can
upload a release of libnsuml-java that will solve the critical problem.
