Package: libgnujaxp-java
Version: 0.0.cvs20040416-4
Severity: normal

Hi,

The exception to the terms of the GNU GPL used by libgnujaxp-java is
the old wording of the GNU Classpath exception. This old wording was
debated on the Classpath mailing-list, and it was agreed that it was
pretty ambiguous. A new text was agreed upon, which is now used by
projects like GNU Classpath and libgcj (GNU Compiler for Java
library).

Please forward upstream a request to "clarify" license terms by using
the text at:
   http://www.gnu.org/software/classpath/license.html

Thanks!

Etienne
