I would like to better explain users in what respects JSP is better than
omni-present PHP...
Theoretically, JSP is faster, but practically (after a really tiny
test), it is slower.

Properties is not a bean, because getProperty () and setProperty(String)
do not exist. Correct me if I am wrong.
