Bug#268214: Debian can't really choose here

Debian doesn't have any source code for the non-free Java 
implementations.  /etc/.java is hard-coded into those.

Thus, I say Debian should put stuff in /etc/.java so that the non-free 
VMs can find it, but make symlinks to / from the proper locations so 
that sysadmins can find it.
