Then consider installing them like this

program_alternative kinit java_kinit
program_alternative klist java_klist

That way they're available under a different name. In the scripts I did 
this already for these

program_alternative ControlPanel JavaControlPanel
program_alternative HtmlConverter JavaHtmlConverter
