RFS for libforms-java

[Eric Lavarde - Debian]

Hello,

libforms-java is finished (http://bugs.debian.org/320044), it compiles
nicely with free-java-sdk, is loaded in the Alioth CVS.
Deb and src-deb can be grabbed from
http://eric.lavar.de/comp/linux/debian/dump/, linda and lintian clean.

I would now just need a sponsor. Anyone volunteers?
