libgnujaxp-java needed ?

I think that we should just remove libgnujaxp-java. We dont neet it
anymore. It was mainly to ve able to process XML with classpath based
VMs. Its no put into classpath itself and the standalone need is gone.
Non-free vms have a XML parser built-in.
