I already read them - and accept the rules :-)
All the packages I will upload in the future will
be "open" packages.

OK - so I will review my packages one more time before uploading. I will
have some questions before that - I will come back with one mail per
question this evening !

I don't want to package non-free stuff. Where it will be possible to
build with free tools I will do it. But especially in the GIS field 
there are programs that depend on non-free stuff like for example java
advanced imaging or the jdk1.4 (for the jawt.h interface). But this
will be contrib as the programs itself are free, or ?

Thats the packages which needs an update. For helping in the effort to
bring java pakcages to main - Just tell me which ones are the importants
and I will help out.
