Incomplete upload found in Debian upload queue

Uh. I believe this was me.
I'm not totally sure how it happened. I think I was trying to upload to
my company's local queue a few hours ago and hit cancel. Apparently
dput's configuration by default tries to upload to ftp-master
(/etc/dput). I am not even a Debian developer.
Sort of makes me wonder whether those entries in dput.cf should be
uncommented by default, however.
