Bug#291161: java-package: please use df --block-size=1M: df from stable doesn't have -B

make-jpkg dies in common.sh on this mixed (stable/testing) box, because
the df from fileutils 4.x doesn't know -B. However, both the old versions
as well as what coreutils provides us with have --block-size.

(or declare a dependency on coreutils - less preferrable imho)
