Tomcat4 @ sarge

Hello,

today i encountered a problem with tomcat4. The server didn't start=20
anymore. After analysing the logs i found the source: the tomcat-docs=20
where missing.

After installing tomcat4-webapps the server startet correctly. Maybe=20
this should be fixed.
