Bug#317671: java-package: fails to recognize blackdown 1.3 ppc distribution

I just tried to use the latest powerpc jdk from Blackdown. It seems
that it is an 1.3 version (1.4 is missing and 1.5 seems to be next one).

When I tried to convert the package I got this message:
