Worked on packages wiki page

Hi all,

as pkg-java is a group of maintainers I often asked me if someone else
is already working on some specific package.

Last time it was bcel - Michael was faster :-)

I therefore propose a simple wiki page (WorkedOnPackages or so) where
people can write down which packages they are working atm. So no
duplicate efforts can happen. This is not to claim that no other can
work on that package - more to know whom to ask if someone feels he/she
has comments or want to help to integrate one more feature/bug fix
in a comming upload.

if you are interested in this sort of coordination.

What are you thinking ?
