Excuse me but except the word PNG, I don't see where it's better explain

I think we don't need this paragraph ;-)

/usr/share/java can do it. The thing is: it must be in your classpath.

Yeah! But I don't know what do you want me to do with this bug. Do I
need to add the PNG word in README.Debian?

If you can rephrase the README.Debian, send a patch to this bug report
and I'll be glad to apply it.
