~    Thank you for your bug report.  I attempted to reproduce the problem
and the package built without issue.  There could possibly be an issue
with your copy of the  downloaded file.  My copy looks like this:

~    Also, please avoid setting a severity of "important" unless you are
certain that the bug qualifies as important under Debian Policy[0].
Normal is usually sufficient for all user-filed bugs.  A trimmed
transcript of the successful build is included below.
