Bug#322621: Delays for JRockit due to installer quirks

Due to BEA having an installer that has several non-parameterized
prompts, addition of support for JRockit in java-package did not make
this release.  If workarounds to handle JRockit installer issues cannot
be developed, support for JRockit will not be added to java-package.
