The package should provide symlink 
/usr/share/java/commons-httpclient3.jar ->
/usr/share/java/commons-httpclient-3.0-rc4.jar

(or
 /usr/share/java/commons-httpclient.jar ->
 /usr/share/java/commons-httpclient-3.0-rc4.jar
)

so packages that do not require particular version can use .jar without
knowing the concrete version number.
