jetty-5.1.6-1 new upstream release

Dear mantainers,

I just prepared a new upstream release of jetty: 5.1.6. It fixes a major
security hole (jsp source inspection).

Please inspect the packag and sponsor an upload.

Packages are available at mentors.debian.net, changes are in CVS.
