Bug#333010: jetty: Jetty needs jasper-compiler and jasper-runtime

Jetty needs the jasper runtime and compiler even for its own demo. AFAIK
jasper-runtime.jar and jasper-compiler.jar are included in the upstream
distribution, but aren't in the Debian package, so it isn't very usable
on its own.

This is the error I get on startup:

The server is operational but most web applications don't work.
