Adopting libapache-mod-jk and libapache2-mod-jk2

As said before put this into libapache2-mod-jk:

Conflicts: libapache2-mod-jk2
Replaces: libapache2-mod-jk2

With the above plus a NEWS entry in libapache2-mod-jk all will get informed
aptitude dist-upgrade.
