Adopting libapache-mod-jk and libapache2-mod-jk2

Tested with apache2, tomcat4 and a JSP website. It works as far as we
can see. Not tested with tomcat5 yet (if you know of Debian packages of
tomcat5 or 5.5 for sarge, let me know, it would help a lot).
