Bug#353030: Exception on startup with Sun Java 1.5.0_04

Hello,

since switching to Java 1.5 I am unable to start argouml.
When executing "argouml" it launches the splashscreen, 
and shows the progressbar filling up till around 95%, the
status text at this point is: "Opening Project Browser"
Then it does not do anything (the splash screen stays visible
and processor load is at 0% and an exception is written 
on the command line:

I remember that with SunJava 1.4 everything worked fine. I also think,
that I already had this problem with version 0.18.*.

I've also tried to delete all the config files I was able to find without 
success.
