replacing cat·/etc/eclipse/java_home·|·grep·-v·'^#'·|·grep·-v·'^$'·|·while·read·JAVA_HOME;·do
with
for JAVA_HOME in `cat /etc/eclipse/java_home | grep -v ^# | grep -v ^$`; do
should work without the export
