naming collisions between jpackage and debian: sac, hibernate

Hi,

Right now I see there are two naming collisions between debian and
jpackage:  sac and hibernate.

hibernate
Description: activates your computer's suspend functionality

sac
Description: Login accounting

Is there any possible long-term solution to this?  Meanwhile, can
JPackage "reserve" all their current package names in the Debian world,
and vice versa?

Just curious.  I'm not a member of either project.
