Bug#400109: Can we downgrade severity to important on #400109?

I think that the release team should decide. I don't suffer from this
problem specifically (I found it while running archive-wide tests), so I
don't mind if it is not fixed in etch.

However, I would prefer it to be etch-ignored instead of set to
'important', since serious bugs are less likely to be ignored.
