Bug#406614: missing directory (or symlink) /usr/share/tomcat5.5/webapps

The file verifyInstall.properties [1] of JST plugin expects the
following directory structure under the tomcat home directory:
  common/i18n
  bin/bootstrap.jar
  conf
  webapps

The standard tomcat 5.5 installation provides this webapps folder.
Maybe the debian package for tomcat5.5 should include this symlink:
/usr/share/tomcat5.5/webapps -> /var/lib/tomcat5.5/webapps/
