Bug#409629: rhino: fails to start

Subject says it all:

    $ rhino
    Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/mozilla/javascript/tools/shell/Main


As far as I can see, this bug is a regression introduced from the fix for
#395525 which excludes toolsrc directory during build.
