Bug#434316: checkstyle: please ship additional files

Please ship addition files in package chechstyle.

These are currently in the checkstyle.jar but should be available in the
filesystem, probably in some central DTD place. I dont know.

configuration_1_2.dtd
configuration_1_0.dtd
configuration_1_1.dtd
packages_1_0.dtd
checks/imports/import_control_1_0.dtd
suppressions_1_0.dtd

These files are totally missing but very helpfull when generating
reports for webpages:

checkstyle-simple.xsl
checkstyle-noframes-sorted.xsl
checkstyle-text.xsl
checkstyle-noframes.xsl
