Bug#414685: libbsf-java: b-dep on rhino, which is not in testing

It turned out that the build dependency on rhino is not needed at all. I
removed the build dependency and rebuilt the package and got the same
binary debs. libbsf-java still suggests rhino but I think thats okay.

I will upload a fixed package to unstable soon.
