how to get the orig.tar.gz of eclipse-emf

Hello,

I want to build a binary package for eclipse-emf, but I don't know how
to prepare the orig.tar.gz file. I find page [1], but I don't know
which one is proper for the orig.tar.gz, can you help me?

or is there any binary debian package for eclipse-emf? thanks
