Bug#425064: 0.93 don't works with asciidoc anymore

Maybe you generate your FO file with fop.extensions parameter set to 1 ?

Then you should set fop.extensions to 0. With fop.extensions set to 1,
current stylesheets will generate fox:destination elements that are not
understood by FOP 0.93. See the bottom of
[http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/0.93/upgrading.html]. And
