Bug#448812: libconcurrent-java: please ship all classes

Indeed libgcj has the java.util.concurrent classes now, so there should be no 
need for backports. Can you use that for JBoss?

Then the libconcurrent-java package could be removed, since I don't see 
anything that depends on it.
