Possible License Issue With JavaCC

hi

i've been doing some license audit work for a release of one of the
projects over at Apache. IMHO the JavaCC license is not compatible with
the Debian Social Contract (see

for reasoning). i'm going to raise the issue of the JavaCC license with
the legal group at Apache
(http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/www-legal-discuss/) but since
JavaCC is packaged in main by Debian, i thought it worthwhile to
highlight that you may have a possible issue.

(apologies if i've ruffled any feathers with this mail - i don't really
