Bug#477689: antlr3: Please package the Python runtime

Please add the run-time support for Python targets, available at 

http://www.antlr.org/download/Python/

Or at least document that the user may add the run-time support with

# easy_install --prefix /usr/local http://www.antlr.org/download/Python/antlr_python_runtime-3.0.1-py2.5.egg
