Bug#492311: icedtea-gcjwebplugin should be moved to main ASAP

Hi,

We are under freeze.

icedtea-gcjwebplugin should be moved to main ASAP.  "contrib" is not
really official Debian.

I see BTS log at http://bugs.debian.org/492311.  The maintainer for
icedtea-gcjwebplugin argued for this being contrib with wrong reasoning.
I also see the maintainer seems to have change his mind by sending bts
message "pending".

I just build this with package from main only by pbuilder.  So I know it
is main unless there is some other hidden issue not discussed on BTS.

I see this being one of the best version of FREE JAVA with largest
number for API.  Keeping it in contrib does not serve our user.  I also
think changing control file just for this is acceptable to release team.
(Am I wrong? CCing debian-release at l.d.o)

Please do not make any change other than bug fix acceptable o release
team and upload it. (Or tell me to upload one just build here if it can
be acceted.)
