Bug#463847: libjsch-java: effective conflict with -doc over examples

libjsch-java now ships /usr/share/doc/libjsch-java/examples, directly
duplicating libjsch-java-doc's contents.  Please ship these files in
exactly ONE package; if you choose to consolidate everything into
libjsch-java, please declare Provides: in addition to Conflicts: and
Replaces: for the sake of libwagon-java-doc.
