libjboss-j2ee-java switched to contrib/libs in the latest upload, and
libjboss-integration-java does indeed build-depend on it, so, sadly,
it needs to be moved to contrib/libs.

I'm raising the severity since having a package in main build-depend
on a package outside main is a policy violation.
