When I try to access the command line interface to jtidy, I get:

$ java -jar jtidy.jar -h
Failed to load Main-Class manifest attribute from jtidy.jar

I not very familiar with Java but I guess we just need to add this to 
the manifest.mf file:

Main-Class: org.w3c.tidy.Tidy
