After the upgrade of doxia to version 1.0-alpha-11 the libraries
doxia-decoration and doxia-site-renderer are no longer available because
they are part of the doxia-sitetools package:
<http://maven.apache.org/doxia/doxia-sitetools/index.html>. It should be
packaged now. Source code is available at
<http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/doxia/doxia-sitetools/tags/>.
