Torsten had uploaded the package but it got rejected. See the mail
below. If you have some time and would like on work on the package
then:
1/ Please try to contact upstream and see if these license issues
could be resolved.
2/ If not, then it might be a good idea to separate out all Quaqua
components into a separate non-free package.
