I have just done it, but some .jar files I had forgotten in the just uploaded source tree.
I asked our ftpadmins to remove those and will then reupload.

The later jgrapht libraries have a bit more to work on until they are ready. For instance
there is a touchgraph library touchgraph.sourceforge.net which we need for it. I would
prefer not to work on it for the moment.
