Bug#538229: solr-common: FHS not respected by scripts

These are violations of the FHS in the scripts:

logs in /usr/share/solr/logs instead of /var/log
pid file in /usr/share/solr/logs instead of /var/run
config file in /usr/share/solr/conf instead of /etc/solr
rsync daemon config in /usr/share/solr/logs instead of /etc/default

I think, we should first clean up the scripts together with upstream to
have all path definitions at the top and then patch these in Debian.

Then we could also build two additional binary packages
solr-replication-master
solr-replication-slave
which automatically install the necessary init.d and cron.d files to set
up master slave replication for solr.

We've build such packages already at YMC.
