Bug#490864: speed test fails

Hello again.
I've backported the patch, it's available into the pkg-java svn repo.
BTW, the test still fails because of some validation of the server side
(according to azureus devs) prevents "unofficial" builds from performing
the test.
The upstream developer of that part of the code is on vacation, and he
will be off until next week or so; until I could get in touch with it,
there's nothing we can do, since the validation is on the server side.
I was recommended to replace the menu action with another speed test
site, but I though that wasn't clean, and actually the panels are there.
