  This is a sign that you didn't upload the right tar.orig.gz. Get the
right one using apt-get source with a version number, such as:

apt-get source fop=1:0.95.dfsg-2

>  [dpkg-source output:] gpg: Can't check signature: public key not found

  This is puzzling, as you are a proper debian maintainer... Might be
caused by the problem with .orig.

  I wanted to ask you one thing: please commit the changes to the SVN
*before* uploading, that will make things a lot easier -- and tag it
with svn-buildpackage after it is accepted.
