the biggest blocker for a real glassfish package is netbeans; see:
<http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=506294>.

It is used to build other packages like hibernate3 (in Debian main) or
JBoss AS 5 (inofficial package at
http://wiki.debian.org/JBossPackaging).
