Bug#511870: libwagon-java: pom files not installed in /usr/share/maven-repo

Hi,

The Debian packaging for wagon doesn't yet install the .pom file(s) in 
/usr/share/maven-repo, which makes it impossible to build other packages with
a maven build system that depend on libwagon-java (such as jetty6).
