Hi

As the title says, I intend to package and upload the new version of
JFlex plus doing a few maintenance fixes. If anyone has already started
on this process please let me know so we avoid wasted effort[1].

[1] Based on the pkg-java-maintainers archives it does not appear as if
anyone has expressed an intend to do so for the past 2 months.
