Your attached PDF shows the same bug (and your screenshot doesn't show
the interesting part of the page). The bug is about showing the
footnotes text at the bottom of the page. In your PDF, I see at the
bottom of the page only the "2 Second footnote", missing the "1 First
footnote" text (looked at pdf with evince and xpdf, so I don't think
it's an issue with my pdf viewer?).
